KK Interior Design Group is an international design firm with offices in both Charlotte and Raleigh, NC. It is led by the independent president of 15+ years, Krystyna Kielbon. Krystyna, aka “KK,” has a background in finance and interior design which contributes to her vast understanding of client budgets, wants, and needs. She works directly with business owners, architects, brokers, general contractors, and developers to manage the interior design process. She specializes in not only local, but global hospitality, and commercial projects. KK’s design style features a combination of modern sustainability and eye-catching luxury. Her consistent attention to detail and timeless, cutting-edge ideas, have led to years of satisfied clients and successful designs.
Her passion to connect with, and help others, is one of many key attributes that set her apart from other designers in the industry. Her positivity and uplifting attitude radiate through each and every encounter. KK is a passionate community servant with the ability to motivate and inspire individuals. She is empowered by compassion and has a gift identifying potential and abilities. With this ongoing quest to give back and educate, she has been able to promote a significant and positive change in both her community and individuals. STEPHANY CONNELLY

Stephany Connelly has been in the construction industry in various capacities since she graduated from Virginia Tech in the early 2000’s. Since then, she’s held multiple business development roles and currently serves as the VP of Strategic Partnerships and Engagement for Advance Concrete. Stephany has been heavily involved in National Association of Women in Construction since 2016 and has recently served on their national board. She is most passionate about making sure that women and girls are excited about and thrive in the construction industry. She is a current ambassador for The House That She Built Movement and a committee member for Women in Pharma in ISPE. Stephany loves connecting with other leaders in the industry and resides in Cary with her two boys.
ANASTASIYA SMURYGINA

As managing principal of the EXP Raleigh office, Anastasiya leads a full-service engineering design group, overseeing daily operations and driving strategic initiatives. Her Master of Science in Architectural Engineering from the University of Colorado, Boulder, combined with her electrical engineering background and decade-plus experience, enables her to deliver innovative solutions across diverse sectors. Known for her analytical approach and problem-solving abilities, she has successfully managed numerous high-profile projects throughout her career. Her leadership style emphasizes collaboration, technical excellence, and client satisfaction.
Anastasiya balances her professional achievements with an active personal life, enjoying outdoor adventures with her two boys and pursuing her passion for experimental baking.

Dee Testa, Vice President of Hospitality Client Services for Precision Facility Group, brings a remarkable 24-year career in the hospitality industry, specializing in hotels, restaurants, and other hospitality venues. She is highly regarded for her strategic approach to project planning, leveraging both technology and data-driven analysis to ensure every project’s success. Clients consistently commend her keen understanding of the critical impact that deadlines have within the fast-paced hospitality environment.
As an executive project manager, she has overseen projects as diverse as a 5,000 room casino hotel, a luxury hotel in Seoul, Korea and a 17 unit ski timeshare project. She has also managed installations for prestigious brands including Hilton, Marriott, Starwood, and Hard Rock Hotels.
Dee’s 24+ years of experience in supply chain and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) installation project management make her an expert at navigating complex operational challenges.
Beyond her professional achievements, Dee is deeply committed to community service, actively participating in charitable initiatives that focus on youth mentorship, education, and local outreach. Her dedication to both her career and giving back to the community highlights her passion for making a meaningful, positive impact in every aspect of her work and life.
