“KK” Krystyna Kielbon, is the President of Charlotte and Raleigh Contractors, Closers and Connections (CCC). She hosts and facilitates Private Events for the Commercial and Construction Industries bringing together elite professionals from various market segments to include real estate development, commercial brokers, private equity, owners, operators, commercial lending, investors, and commercial trade professionals. Her Mission is to provide an intentional business platform for networking and personal introductions in an exclusive Ecosphere with the primary goal to make business personal again!

STEPHANY CONNELLY

Stephany Connelly has been in the construction industry in various capacities since she graduated from Virginia Tech in the early 2000’s. Since then, she’s held multiple business development roles and currently serves as the VP of Strategic Partnerships and Engagement for Advance Concrete. Stephany has been heavily involved in National Association of Women in Construction since 2016 and has recently served on their national board. She is most passionate about making sure that women and girls are excited about and thrive in the construction industry. She is a current ambassador for The House That She Built Movement and a committee member for Women in Pharma in ISPE. Stephany loves connecting with other leaders in the industry and resides in Cary with her two boys.

Eric Glickstein is the Founder/President of Commercial Loans Made Easy. Commercial Loans Made Easy was recently recognized and approved as a Member of the American Association of Commercial Finance Brokers. Specializing in helping startups, small and medium sized businesses and emerging businesses secure the financing they need on terms they can afford. Offering a network of over 50 institutional lenders and 17 different loan products Commercial Loans Made Easy has solutions for every financial challenge. The firm has a national footprint, operates out of North Raleigh and is very active in networking circles. Eric is an active member of the North Raleigh Chamber of Commerce as well as the Raleigh Racquet Club. He is extremely well connected in the local business community and takes great pride in making meaningful introductions that can impact both parties.

ANNA JENKINS

Anna is a seasoned commercial real estate broker dedicated to helping business owners and
investors realize their goals. Her extensive knowledge of and experience with retail, land, office,
industrial, and multifamily properties throughout the Triangle make her an important and
valuable partner for all of her clients.

A native of Durham and Salisbury, Anna is a graduate of Peace College in Raleigh. She began her
real estate career in 2006 in New York City, later concentrating on new development marketing
and leasing for residential developers. Since returning to the Triangle, Anna has put her
professional expertise, knowledge of the area, and passion for market analysis and research to
work as she navigates each sale, purchase, or lease.

Her proactive and diligent approach help to set her apart in the industry, and she prides herself
on being adaptive, thorough, and open and honest with clients. All of these traits, coupled with
her ability to engage with people from all backgrounds, are what make her an integral member
of the Pickett Sprouse team.

Anna is a member of the Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors. She lives in Northern
Durham and enjoys being connected to the Durham community.

LORI ZETO

Lori Zeto has been a dynamic presence in the Raleigh/Durham market since 1996, bringing over two decades of diverse experience in the workplace and commercial interiors industry. Her initial role in Raleigh was as Director of Design at her family’s startup commercial furniture dealership and has since held pivotal roles in general management, sales management, operations and client services, with several reputable firms in the region.

Currently, Lori serves in a sales and account development role at Mohawk Group Commercial Flooring, where she leverages her extensive network within the Architect & Design community as well as deep-rooted relationships with key end users. Her background as an interior designer provides a competitive advantage, lending depth and expertise to every project she touches. Lori is also passionate about mentoring others in the industry and is instrumental in developing a strong, reliable dealer network and cultivating strategic enterprise clients.

She resides in beautiful Southern Pines, NC, with her husband, Nigel, and their two beloved dogs.
