Lisa possesses a varied background of achievement and extensive knowledge in real estate, with 30 years of experience in various aspects of the real estate industry to include: Sales, Leasing, Tenant Representation, Property Management, and Corporate Services.

Lisa holds an active broker’s license in both North and South Carolina and is also a “Certified International Property Specialist”, with a concentration in International real estate; and won a Platinum Award at the National
level for her services to the Industry focus on International Real Estate.

Lisa specializes in Tenant Advisory Services to both portfolio and local clients, as well as Landlord Representation, Commercial Property Management, Development, and Acquisition/Disposition. She plays a dynamic role where in addition to providing advisory services to clients, she also develops marketing strategies and business development incentives to provide innovative and comprehensive solutions to clients and their portfolio and asset management needs.

At the State level, Lisa was awarded a position on the 2019 Leadership Academy for NC Realtors for the Association of Realtors for the State of North Carolina. She also serves on several additional NC Realtors committees to include: the esteemed Economic Development Committee, the Global Committee and the Realtors Commercial Alliance Committee.
