CCC RALEIGH “SUSTAINABILITY FOR COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT”

The Contractors, Closers & Connections (CCC) Executive Leadership Team is proud to present “Sustainability For Commercial Construction & Development” at PMC Commercial Interiors on Thursday, April 9th from 5:00 PM-8:00 PM!

Attendees will be exploring new relationships with potential joint venture partners, real estate development firms, building owners and operators, debt lenders, attorneys, equity providers, investors, elected officials, economic development directors, commercial real estate brokers, property management firms, CPAs, owner’s representatives, consultants, acquisitions managers, architecture practices, and local business entrepreneurs.

(100+) patrons will be expected in attendance, dress code will be business casual, and upscale cocktails + appetizers will be served.

We will be reserving attendance for higher seniority patrons in their respective commercial real estate firms; entry level attendees will not be able to register.

A portion of the proceeds from this event will be donated to a local 501c3 charity in Raleigh.
